Winter Park sits in the middle of everything — a few minutes from Independence Mall, a straight shot down Oleander Drive to Wrightsville Beach, and close enough to the headwaters of Bradley Creek that the air never really dries out. The neighborhood’s brick ranches went up mostly in the 1950s and 60s, and the trees planted back then are now enormous.
