Bubble Balance is a locally owned hot tub and spa water-care company serving Wilmington and the Cape Fear coast. We do one thing and do it well: keep your hot tub crystal-clear on a simple monthly plan, so your spa is always ready when you are.

Why we started

Most hot tub owners love the soak but dread the upkeep — the test strips, the chemistry, the cloudy water before guests arrive. We built Bubble Balance to take all of that off your plate with reliable weekly service, flat monthly pricing, and one number to call.

Licensed, insured & local

We’re licensed, insured, and based right here on the coast. We serve Wilmington and every town within about 45 minutes — from Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach to Leland, Hampstead, Surf City, Southport and Oak Island.

How we work

You hand us a key or a gate code, and we handle the rest on a schedule that fits how you actually use your spa. Every visit includes a full water test, balancing, cleaning, and an equipment check. No long-term contract — just clean water and zero effort.
